Agenda Announced: 2026 IIUSA EB-5 Industry Forum

IIUSA is excited to announce the preliminary agenda for the 2026 IIUSA EB-5 Industry Forum. The event will be held in Washington, DC this upcoming April 29 – May 1 at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill and will be the industry’s largest domestic gathering of EB-5 professionals.

The agenda reflects the dynamic and ever-changing landscape of the EB-5 industry and will address the realities of operating in a post-RIA world.

Topics include, but are not limited to, IIUSA advocacy, RIA compliance, USCIS adjudications, EB-5 data dive, the shifting immigration landscape, and Regional Center operations.

In addition to excellent programming, the 2026 EB-5 Industry Forum will also include the 21st Annual IIUSA Membership Meeting, IIUSA committee meetings, 3 wonderful hosted receptions, and plenty of networking opportunities.

Be sure to register for the conference ASAP as space is limited and we expect it will sell out. If you or any of your colleagues are newer to EB-5 and you feel the conference content might be too advanced, we are offering our EB-5 Basics Live for the second year. Register for this separate event here.

A special thank you to our 2026 EB-5 Industry Forum Planning Committee: Larry Blascovich (Flagstar Bank), Michael Bowen (Southeast Regional Center), Jessica DeNisi (Klasko Immigration), Mine Ekim (Civitas), Lulu Gordon (EB5 Capital), Rohit Kapuria (Saul Ewing), Carel van der Merwe (EB5 Coast to Coast), Ed Smith (JTC), Rahul Soni (Fragomen), Ozzie Torres (Torres Law), Mike Xenick (InvestAmerica)
