And Add Your Voice to EB-5 Industry’s Only Membership Association as We Look to Champion EB-5 Job Creation and Economic Development Across the Country!
During the annual IIUSA Membership Meeting earlier this month, members of the association’s Bylaws Committee submitted an amendment to formalize the association’s “Introductory Member Program,” which later passed via a formal vote with overwhelmingly support by the full IIUSA membership.
The Program, which has been in a pilot stage since receiving conditional board approval this past December, enables new members* to join the association at a 50% discounted rate. As the only EB-5 industry trade association, IIUSA understands the importance of providing valuable resources, education and business development opportunities for the industry. We also know that our critical work on advocacy and public relations is maximized when we are speaking as the unified voice of all industry stakeholders.
We hope that by offering new introductory pricing it will enable us to further expand on our membership base and give new industry stakeholders the opportunity to begin taking advantage of all of the various resources that IIUSA has to offer. We are proud of the 300+ member organizations we already represent as well as the 30+ new members who have joined since late last year! We hope that the introductory member rate program will continue to resonate and we look forward to welcoming new industry professionals on board.
During this critical time for the economy and country, EB-5 is poised to play a significant role in economic development and job creation and we invite all industry stakeholders to join us for this important year ahead. Doing so will give you access to valuable business development opportunities, connections and educational resources. Perhaps most importantly, you will demonstrate your commitment to the industry and highlight your team as champions of job creation and economic development.
To discuss membership benefits, the new introductory rate program, or any IIUSA initiatives please contact IIUSA Director of Events and Business Development McKenzie.Penton@iiusa.org or give us a call at (202) 795-9667. The discount would also be available to previous members who have not been dues-paying members for at least two years. During the term of this one-year introductory membership, introductory members are not eligible to vote at membership meetings or hold an elected officer or director position.
