The U.S. Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the May 2019 Visa Bulletin. The bulletin revealed a final action date of September 22, 2014 for Mainland China born applicants an advance of one week. Further the bulletin revealed a cutoff date of September 22, 2016 for Vietnam born applicants was undercharged from the previous years bulletin.
