November 2026 Visa Bulletin: No Changes to EB-5 Categories

This week, the U.S. Department of State published the November 2026 Visa Bulletin (see here), confirming that all Reserved EB-5 categories will remain current in November, with no changes to the cut-off dates for the Unreserved EB-5 category. Consistent with historical Visa Bulletin trends, the November bulletins typically remain unchanged from October.

Additionally, USCIS will continue to accept the Dates for Filing chart (Chart B) for employment-based adjustment of status (AOS) applications in November. As a result, eligible pre-RIA Chinese EB-5 applicants who benefited from the significant advancement in Chart B in October will continue to have the opportunity to file their AOS applications in the coming month.

    • India: December 01, 2023 (unchanged)

USCIS AOS Filing Charts for November 2026

USCIS will continue to accept Chart B (Dates for Filing) for employment-based adjustment of status (AOS) applications in November. This provides eligible applicants with an earlier opportunity to file Form I-485 based on the Dates for Filing rather than waiting for their priority dates to become current under the Final Action Dates chart. See below from the agency’s website:

Next Month’s Adjustment of Status Filing Charts

For all employment-based preference categories, you must use the Dates for Filing chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for November 2026.
