Now that the NPRM comment period has ended and IIUSA has submitted its thorough, thoughtful, and collaborative comments to DHS, we will host a discussion digging deeper into the proposed changes to the EB-5 Program.
The webinar will explore the deeper message behind the NPRM and what it signals about the future of the program. This will be a leadership-focused topic on the reforms needed to strengthen EB-5, secure long-term permanence, and expand visa availability. Using issues such as the proposed restrictions on replacing bridge financing with EB-5 capital, the discussion will examine not only the immediate disruption these changes may cause, but also the broader policy concerns USCIS may be urging the industry to confront.
This topic will also briefly cover IIUSA’s process for collecting and submitting comments on the NPRM.
