With a lot of questions around the EB-5 Regional Center Program’s pending reauthorization and the December 3rd continuing resolution (CR) deadline, we know EB-5 stakeholders and investors alike are eager for important updates from the association on the front lines of the reauthorization efforts. As such, next week during the Virtual EB-5 Industry Forum, attendees can listen in on our Legislative Update session which will provide an in-depth look at the state of play on Capitol Hill, a review of the work done to date, and outlook for EB-5 legislation. The panel, “EB-5 Legislative Updates: Where We Are and Where We’re Going” will take place on November 9 at 12pm ET.
Anyone interested in learning more about the ongoing reauthorization efforts as well as the next steps in the process is encouraged to participate.
The Forum kicked off earlier this week with nearly 700 registrants, from 35+ countries, joining us for discussions on EB-5 regulations, processing trends, integrity reforms, and much more. If you haven’t already done so, there is still time to register! Use the link below to do so, which also will give you access to the recordings of any previous panels you may have missed.
