April Visa Bulletin: Final Action Date for Vietnam Born Applicants Advances Five Weeks

The U.S. Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the April 2019 Visa Bulletin. The bulletin revealed a final action date of September 15, 2014 for Mainland China born applicants. Further the bulletin revaleaved a cutoff date of August 22, 2016 for Vietnam born applicants which is a few week advancement from the previous bulletin.

As of April 1, 2019, Mainland Chinese and Vietnamese investors who filed their I-526 petitions on or before the new cutoff dates will be eligible to schedule interviews with Department of State Consular offices and be issued conditional immigration visas to enter the U.S. or apply for adjustment of status if they are already in the U.S.
