IIUSA is collecting data from regional centers to support the Public Policy Committee’s efforts to develop comprehensive, data-driven comments in response to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s proposed rule implementing the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (see the 2026 NPRM here).
