Grab Your Reading Glasses – The Fall 2026 IIUSA Regional Center Business Journal is Now Available!

IIUSA, along with its Editorial Committee, is happy to announce the fall publication of the Regional Center Business Journal (RCBJ).

This edition marks the 14th year of IIUSA publishing this premier education resource and its our biggest edition ever with nearly 20 articles covering a range of subjects relevant in the EB-5 space. Topics include:

  • Source of funds considerations for gifted vs. borrowed money;
  • The use of Ai in EB-5;
  • Bridge financing and the NPRM;
  • Regional Center audits from the perspective of a former USCIS auditor;
  • USCIS’s emerging use of INA §203(b)(5)(N) for national security claims and how to respond;
  • What to expect with the impending investment amount increase;
  • Tax planning for EB-5 investors;
  • And so much more!

The RCBJ is an important resource that IIUSA is proud to produce for the sole purpose of educating both EB-5 practitioners on current trends as well as the broader public on developments within the industry. It’s a critical way for the association to continue education efforts outside of and in between our in-person events throughout the year.

Publishing this resource is no small feat. What you see in a well-compiled and design publication is the result of months of hard work on the part of IIUSA’s Editorial Committee: A dedicated group of IIUSA members who meet each month to discuss trends in the industry and to develop influential articles to shed light on and analyze these significant topics. While members of the committee do a large portion of the article drafting, they also strive to identify authors outside of the committee to tackle to topics they’ve identified as important. Additionally, they review article proposals from outside of the committee and work to refine the topics and ultimately provide thoughtful edits before the article is finalized.

On behalf of the IIUSA Editorial Committee, we hope you enjoy reading this expansive edition of the RCBJ. You can read it in full by click below. A special thank you to the Editorial Committee Chair, Ozzie Torres (Torres Law), for his leadership. We’d like to extend our thanks to the entire committee for their tireless work to bring this publication to fruition twice a year. It quite literally would not be possible without you, so we thank you endlessly for your dedication.
