Post-RIA I-526/E Data Trends: EB-5 Webinar Recording Now Available
On Wednesday, October 2, IIUSA hosted the third of its 2024 quarterly webinars. The topic: Post-RIA I-526/E Data Trends – Filings, Adjudications, and Processing Times. The recording of this webinar is now available through IIUSA’s EB-5 Education Library.

The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) introduced transformative changes across the EB-5 industry, reshaping investor market dynamics, project selection criteria, and case processing times. However, with limited data released by U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), it has become increasingly difficult to understand the full scope of these shifts and identify the emerging trends that will impact the future of EB-5 investments.
