USCIS Publishes New Versions of Form I-956, I-526E, and I-526; Removes Biometrics Requirement for I-526E

Today, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services published new versions of the Forms I-956, I-526E, and I-526. As of right now, the rest of the EB-5-related forms remain unchanged.

Starting May 15, USCIS will only accept the March 15, 2023 versions of the Form I-956, Application for Regional Center Designation and Form I-526E, Immigrant Petition by Regional Center Investor.

Starting July 22, 2023, USCIS will only accept the March 15, 2023 version of the Form I-526, Petition for a Standalone Investor.

Additionally, USCIS also announced that it will no longer require biometrics submissions as part of the I-526E submission as well as the associated $85 fee.
