With a lot of questions around the EB-5 Regional Center Program’s pending reauthorization and the December 3rd continuing resolution (CR) deadline, we know EB-5 stakeholders and investors alike are eager for important updates from the association on the front lines of the reauthorization efforts. As such, during this week’s Virtual EB-5 Industry Forum, attendees can listen in on our Legislative Update session which will provide an in-depth look at the state of play on Capitol Hill, a review of the work done to date, and outlook for EB-5 legislation. The panel, “EB-5 Legislative Updates: Where We Are and Where We’re Going” will take place TODAY November 9 at 12pm ET.
