The U.S. Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs has published the November 2019 Visa Bulletin.
The Bulletin revealed a final action date of November 01, 2014 for applicants from Mainland China advancing ten days from the September bulletin (The final action dates for the EB-5 Regional Center category had been listed as unauthorized in the October bulletin as a result of the September 30, 2019, sunset date. EB-5 reauthorization has subsequently been extended by a Continuing Resolution).
The November Bulletin also revealed advanced final action dates of December 8, 2017, for Indian applicants and of November 15, 2016, for Vietnamese applicants. Final action dates remain current for all other countries.
