On November 3rd, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Public Engagement announced the next EB-5 Program Stakeholder engagement will be held on Friday December 5th from 1:00 pm to 3:00pm EST. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a stakeholder engagement session on Friday, Dec. 5, from 1 to 3:00 p.m. Eastern to discuss the Immigrant Investor Program. This engagement is part of our efforts to enhance dialogue with external stakeholders regarding the program, also known as EB-5. During the first part of this engagement, we will provide EB-5 program updates from fiscal year 2014 and discuss initiatives for fiscal year 2015. The second part of the engagement will be a question-and-answer session. You may ask non-case specific questions or provide feedback on the EB-5 program. You can attend this engagement either in-person or by teleconference. Please note that in-person attendance is limited to the first 80 people who register.
