This spring, IIUSA hosted the EB-5 Leaders Advocacy Summit, what is perhaps the EB-5 industry’s most important event ever. With the EB-5 Regional Center Program decoupled from its traditional linkage to must-pass spending bills, the June 30, 2021 reauthorization deadline is like no other we have previously faced. Together and with effective advocacy we can achieve reauthorization.
