Bio Renata Duarte is the founder of R Duarte Law, an immigration law firm committed to helping immigrants and their families make informed, confident decisions about their futures in the United States. Renata combines rigorous legal training with the perspective of someone who has navigated the immigration process herself. Born and raised in Campo Grande, Brazil, Renata earned her law degree from Universidade Católica Dom Bosco and has been a member of the Brazilian Bar (OAB) since 2000. She began her career in Brazil’s public sector, developing a strong ethic of service and accountability. In 2005, she moved to the United States to pursue new opportunities and challenges. She learned English, completed an LL.M. (Master of Laws) at Pace University School of Law, and was admitted to practice in New York by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department. Renata founded R Duarte Law to deliver immigration representation that is personal, transparent, and strategy‑driven. Clients value her clear communication, meticulous preparation, and steady advocacy from initial consultation through filings, interviews, and beyond.
