Invest in the USA (IIUSA) wrapped up its 2026 IIUSA EB-5 Passport Series slate of events with successful stops in Mumbai and Istanbul last week, capping off another year of global engagement and education on behalf of the EB-5 Regional Center industry.
In Mumbai, the strength of the Indian EB-5 market was on display. The event drew a large crowd of local service providers and potential investors, eventually reaching standing-room-only capacity. Attendees were treated to an afternoon of networking and educational panel sessions featuring expert IIUSA member representatives as panelists and moderated by Director of Policy Research & Data Analytics, Lee Li, and IIUSA India Forum Chair, Mayank Chhatwal.
IIUSA also expanded its engagement in India by representing the EB-5 industry at the International Citizenship Expo and Residency & Citizenship by Investment Forum in New Delhi. Participation in this event provided an opportunity for IIUSA to continue to connect with the broader Indian investment migration community, increase awareness of EB-5, and engage with firms working across the global investment immigration community.
After India, the EB-5 Passport Series headed to Istanbul for the second consecutive year, where IIUSA and its member sponsors in attendance continued building the foundation for an emerging Turkish market. As the EB-5 market in Turkey continues to grow, IIUSA’s priority to maintain a presence in Istanbul will allow the association and its members an opportunity to build local service provider relationships, expand program awareness, and support the market’s long-term growth.
Together, Mumbai and Istanbul concluded a successful year of EB-5 Passport Series events that brought IIUSA and its members to key markets across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, South Korea, India, and Turkey. From traditional established EB-5 markets to emerging opportunities, the EB-5 Passport Series continues to provide IIUSA members a platform for program awareness, relationship building, and face-to-face engagement with the local market service providers and investors shaping the EB-5 industry across the globe.
