IIUSA was proud to once again participate in the 4th Annual Advanced EB-5 Conference in Miami, FL. Hosted by IIUSA member organizations JTC and Saul Ewing LLP, the event brought together industry leaders and stakeholders for one of our the field’s industry’s most forward-looking discussions.
IIUSA’s Executive Director, Aaron Grau, and Director of Policy Research & Data Analytics, Lee Li, were both featured speakers at the conference. Grau delivered a timely overview of IIUSA’s advocacy priorities, including the association’s ongoing work on Capitol Hill and highlights from its the recent Leadership Circle Fly-In in Washington, DC. He also emphasized how IIUSA is strategically leveraging data-driven insights to enhance its advocacy and ensure policymakers fully recognize EB-5’s economic impact. Li shared the latest data trends in the EB-5 industry, covering case filings, adjudications, and visa usage. His presentation provided a clear-eyed view of both the opportunities and challenges ahead, grounding the discussion in data to help stakeholders navigate an evolving landscape.
