Congratulations to IIUSA’s Newly Elected Board Members
IIUSA hosted its 21st Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 which included the Board of Directors elections and voting on proposed bylaws amendments. Members voted and the results were announced after the conclusion of programming at the 21st Annual EB-5 Industry Forum on Thursday, April 30.
A strong slate of nominees were considered by members for this year’s election and IIUSA is proud to announce the re-election of all three Officers (President, Vice President, and Secretary-Treasurer) and 3 Directors.

Additionally, members considered proposed bylaws amendments which clarified voting eligibility of members in accordance with our discounted dues policy. Members voted in approval of these amendments which are now codified in the IIUSA bylaws.
IIUSA’s Annual Membership Meeting, including Board of Directors elections and any bylaws amendments up for consideration, are a critical component to the democratic process of the association and ensures that the voices of members are heard and their priorities are reflected in their chosen leadership.
