This Friday, March 13, USCIS plans to host its first stakeholder engagement of 2020. All EB-5 stakeholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of and participate in this important engagement. In preparation for the call, the IIUSA Public Policy Committee submitted questions to USCIS for their consideration (review IIUSA questions) and we look forward to being provided with additional information on the call.
