USCIS has announced a data listening session for November 4, 2021. The purpose of the webinar will be to provide stakeholders an overview of the data the agency makes available to the public.
The engagement is not specific to the EB-5 Program but industry stakeholders are invited to participate.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a webinar on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Eastern.
Purpose:
During this webinar, USCIS will provide an overview of the types of data that are available to the public, with an emphasis on naturalization statistics, particularly on the characteristics of naturalized citizens. Subject-matter experts will discuss how USCIS’ data can be used by different organizations such as research and academic institutions, think tanks, and community-based organizations.
USCIS also wants to hear from your organization to learn what we can do to improve transparency and access to immigration data and statistics.
To Register:
- Visit our registration page.
- Enter your email address and select “Submit.”
- Select “Subscriber Preferences.”
- Select the “Questions” tab.
- Provide your location, organization name and organization type (if applicable).
- Complete the questions and select “Submit.”
Once we process your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details.
