USCIS to Allow Payment for Delinquent FY2023 and FY2024 EB-5 Integrity Fee Payments
U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services recently announced is is accepting delinquent EB-5 Integrity Fee payments from EB-5 Regional Centers for the FY 2023 and FY 2024 Integrity Fund along with FY 2025 payments from October 1 through December 30, 2024.
After some confusion for the FY 2023 and FY 2024 Integrity Fund payments, several EB-5 Regional Centers were issued NOITs over the summer for not paying or not properly paying the fee for the respective years. USCIS’s recent announcement will allow these Regional Centers to make their payments with no worry of repercussions so long as they make the payment(s) properly and on time.
Regional Centers are encouraged to visit the USCIS website to understand how to correctly submit their payments for all applicable fiscal years.
