IIUSA is at the forefront of advocacy, working tirelessly to secure the permanent reauthorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program and other Program improvements. However, our advocacy initiatives are only successful when we have the support of all EB-5 stakeholders.

Recently, our efforts included supporting the bipartisan EB-5 Regional Center Program Advisory Committee Authorization Act (H.R. 7220), which aims to improve communication between stakeholders and USCIS. This initiative will ensure that the voices of Regional Centers, industry supporters, and EB-5 stakeholders are heard in shaping the program’s future.
Through our dedicated government affairs team, IIUSA advocates for policies that maximize economic benefits from the EB-5 Regional Center Program to the United States. Our Political Action Committee (PAC) supports federal candidates who champion EB-5 and support policies that improve the Program.
