Your Industry Representative Needs Your Help
As you have seen by now, the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act did not make it through the Senate’s unanimous consent process and the Regional Center Program will lapse on June 30.
While disappointing, this is only a temporary setback and IIUSA remains confident in our ability to secure a long-term reauthorization for the Program. However, we can only do so with the support of the industry and that’s where you come in.
We remain confident that with your help, Congress will enact legislation to reform and sustainably reauthorize the EB-5 Regional Center Program!
IIUSA represents 250+ EB-5 organizations around the U.S. in communities big and small, urban and rural, and in investor markets across the globe. We offer our members a host of resources, educational opportunities, and business development that help them succeed in a competitive marketplace. You can review our full membership guide here. But more to the point, as an IIUSA member, you directly support the industry’s lead negotiator’s, and only membership association’s, efforts to secure last program reform and reauthorization. IIUSA is the only organization working on behalf of the entire EB-5 industry and striving to achieve the best possible outcome for the broad interests of the industry.
We hope that you will JOIN IIUSA TODAY to signal to your clients, investors, and partners that you support the long-term vitality of the Program and that you are working collaboratively with your industry representative and peers to secure its reauthorization.
