This is the fourth and final installment in IIUSA’s Fall 2013 Webinar Series. The previous three webinars are available OnDemand here (Due Diligence), here (Bridge Financing & Escrow) and here (I-924A Filing). During this webinar, we will be taking a look into the growth of the EB-5 industry over the past 12 months and discuss the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead for the industry as a whole.
While the EB-5 Program has evidently created thousands of jobs and fostered economic development in each corner of the country, there have also been growing pains associated with the burgeoning of EB-5 regional center projects. We will look deeper into some aspects of the Program that have influenced regional center and EB-5 stakeholder activity over the last calendar year, including USCIS processing times, financial and immigration due diligence, comprehensive immigration reform and much more.
What changes might we see in the new year as the EB-5 Regional Center Program continues to mature? Come listen in as our expert panelists (below) weigh in.
Panelists:
- Peter D. Joseph, Executive Director, IIUSA (Bio)
- K. David Andersson, President, IIUSA; President, Whatcom Opportunities Regional Center (Bio)
- Stephen W. Yale-Loehr, IIUSA President Emeritus (Founding President 2005-2010), Of Counsel, Miller Mayer LLP (Bio)
