S.831, the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act, introduced by Senators Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Patrick Leahy (D-VT) and its companion bill in the House H.R. 2901 introduced by Representatives Greg Stanton (D-AZ-09) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA-01) support the long-term reauthorization and reform of the EB-5 Regional Center Program.
With just a few short weeks before EB-5 June 30, 2021 reauthorization date support continues to grow in both the House and the Senate with new co-sponsors joining both bills.
