Last week, IIUSA hosted the post-conference reception at the AILA EB-5 CLE Conference in San Antonio, Texas. It was a successful event, raising funds and awareness for permanent authorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program.
While in town, IIUSA leadership had the welcome opportunity to meet with the Honorable Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Representative Lamar Smith (21st , TX) at his district office.

It was a productive meeting, continuing the dialogue of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration, Policy & Enforcement hearing in September. IIUSA thanks the Chairman for his time while we were in town, and looks forward to continued work together to make the EB-5 Regional Center Program a permanent tool of U.S. economic policy.
