As a reminder, a hearing will be held today (August 18, 2022) at 1:30pm Pacific Time for the Behring Regional Center v. USCIS case (3:22-cv-02487) and the EB5 Capital et al v. USCIS case (3:22-cv-03948) with regards to regional center redesignation. U.S. District Court Judge Vince Chhabria will hear for the motion filed by Behring Regional Center for order to show cause for civil contempt and to enforce preliminary injunction.
