As a reminder USCIS will host the next EB-5 stakeholder teleconference listening session today, Thursday, July 13 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. EST. The engagement is intended to to provide feedback on potential regulatory and policy changes for the EB-5 Regional Center Program and is is part of USCIS’s ongoing efforts to enhance dialogue with stakeholders in the program, also known as EB-5.
