Topic: Join IIUSA for this important webinar discussing the year that was and what the EB-5 Regional Center industry should look forward to in the coming months.
In Fiscal Year 2014, the EB-5 Program saw record growth. In fact, the number of I-526 (Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur) receipts totaled 10,928, representing a 72.2% increase from FY-2013 (6,346). As a result of this growth, FY-2014 was the first year in which the EB-5 visa category became “unavailable” for Chinese applicants. This webinar will delve in into the implications as a result of increased demand and the potential for visa retrogression.
Our panelists will also consider the now fully operational U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO), the effect of this consolidation on the administration of the EB-5 Regional Center Program, enhanced inter-agency collaboration, increased media/Congressional scrutiny, and much more!
Join us on December 18th to engage with IIUSA’s expert panel on the status of the industry and gain a better perspective on what lies ahead for EB-5 Program in 2015.
