On Thursday September 17, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
held its third installment of the “Interactive Series” on Annual Reporting Requirements for Continued Eligibility within the Regional Center Program (Form I-924A).

The teleconference focused exclusively on the Form I-924A and provided provided participants with suggestions to avoid receiving a Notice of Intent to Terminate (NOIT) from USCIS. Approved EB-5 Regional Centers must submit the form each fiscal year (October 1 through September 30) within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year (on or before December 29th) to demonstrate their continued eligibility for the Regional Center designation.
