Not too much substance from the President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness on the proposed changes to EB-5 case processing. The panel only briefly discussed the EB-5 program when Aneesh Chopra, Chief Technology Officer at the White House spoke of the proposed streamlined process still on the table with USCIS, and the White House’s general support for those efforts.
