The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, November 2020 Visa Bulletin (View PDF) is now available. The bulletin highlights a modest Chart A advancement for Vietnam born applicants and no change for Mainland-China born applicants.
FINAL ACTION DATES (CHART A)
The Visa Bulletin revealed the following final action dates for EB-5 visa applicants from the countries that are experiencing a visa backlog:
- Mainland-China: August 15, 2015 (Unchanged from the October Visa Bulletin)
- Vietnam: August 15, 2017 (Two week advance from the October Visa Bulletin)
- All Other Countries: Remain Current
DATES FOR FILING (CHART B)
The dates for filing of the EB-5 visa category on the November Visa Bulletin remain unchanged from the October Bulletin. Applicants for immigrant visas who have a priority date earlier than the application date in the chart may assemble and submit required documents to the Department of State’s National Visa Center, following receipt of notification from the National Visa Center containing detailed instructions.
