The U.S. Department of State has published the monthly Visa Bulletin for November 2021. While the lapse of the EB-5 Regional Center Program continues, the EB-5 cut-off dates in November will remain unchanged.

EB-5 FINAL ACTION DATES (CHART A)
The November Visa Bulletin revealed the following final action dates for EB-5 visa applicants:
- Mainland China: November 22, 2015
- Unchanged from the October Visa Bulletin
- All Other Countries: Current

EB-5 DATES FOR FILING (CHART B)
The dates for filing of EB-5 remain unchanged on the November Visa Bulletin, continuing to be December 15, 2015 for applicants from mainland China and “current” for all other EB-5 visa applicants around the world.
However, due to the current lapse of the EB-5 Regional Center Program, USCIS will reject any new Form I-485 applications that are based on a Form I-526 affiliated with an approved regional center; while continues to hold the adjudications of the pending Form I-485 applications relating to the Regional Center Program (see USCIS alert notice here).
