Please mark your calendars for the 17th Annual IIUSA Membership Meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 8:00-9:00am ET. This year’s Membership Meeting will be held prior to the start of IIUSA’s EB-5 Industry Forum and will take place at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek in Orlando, FL. Please note that the meeting will only be available to those attending in person and there will be no virtual option.
At the meeting, members will hear the State of the Association address from IIUSA President, Robert Kraft and a budget update from IIUSA Secretary-Treasurer, Steve Strnisha.
The main purpose of the Annual Meeting is Board of Directors and Officers elections. This year, there are four Directors seats up for election. Officers’ seats (President, Vice President, and Secretary-Treasurer) all have one-year terms and are elected annually. More information on the ballot and voting process will be emailed in the coming weeks.

Attendance at the Annual Meeting is open to current members of IIUSA only. Members must be up-to-date on their membership dues in order to cast votes in the election. Any member that is more than 1 month past due on their dues will be prohibited from participating until the dues and paid and the membership is in good standing.
