On August 23, the IIUSA Board of Directors adopted a new Code of Conduct, recommended to it by the Compliance Committee. The new Code of Conduct (“the Code”) replaces IIUSA’s former best practices document, the Code of Ethics and Standard for Professional Conduct and is a more succinct document that is intended to resonate better and in turn, make it more impactful.
The Code was carefully crafted by a joint subcommittee comprised of members of IIUSA’s Compliance and Best Practices Committees.
