Led by NES Financial Vice President of Marketing Laura Kelly, the IIUSA Membership Committee is hard at work growing IIUSA membership and enhancing the organization’s value proposition.
Later this month, the IIUSA Board of Directors will vote on a new Membership Committee proposal to create a “pilot” Mentorship Program. The new program will match recently-joined and new members with representatives from the Membership Committee as a means to acclimate them with the Association and help them utilize organization and industry resources.
The committee has identified a need to implement a mentorship program as a means to more efficiently and effectively bring new members into the organization. Furthermore, the institution of a mentorship program is designed to promote higher overall membership retention, enhance membership benefits, and facilitate a feedback loop between the membership, IIUSA staff, and leadership.
