So far in 2023 IIUSA has hosted eight international events in seven countries! The events, which are part of EB-5 Passport Series, have connected members, investors, and international stakeholders for in-depth networking, business development, and education.
IIUSA is proud to provide our members and the wider EB-5 industry with a cost effective and equitable way to get engaged with traditional and newly emerging EB-5 markets.

IIUSA Returns to China in Collaboration with the Guangdong Entry & Exit Association
Long standing IIUSA partner and leader in the investment migration industry, the Guangdong Entry & Exit Association will host its annual Forum in Shenzhen, China this August (8-11). As a partner, IIUSA is proud to support this year’s event and encourage our members to consider participation.
The event will connect hundreds of the leading migration agents from throughout China for three days of in-depth business development and curated networking opportunities. IIUSA is pleased to have negotiated special pricing for its members and our staff is more than happy to connect you with the event organizers to learn more.
Join IIUSA on a Four-City Tour of India this September 6-15
India is without a doubt one of the most important EB-5 markets. However, at the same time many events continue to focus on a limited Indian market (ie Mumbai). That is why IIUSA has identified four key cities: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Surat, all of which have substantial investor potential with the added benefit of not being oversaturated with EB-5 marketing.
We look forward to working with the PHD Chamber of Commerce and other IIUSA partners to host our members and prospective investors throughout the sub-continent.
IIUSA to Lead a Delegation to the Global Residency & Citizenship Expo | New Delhi
Following the conclusion of the IIUSA EB-5 Passport Series: India will be leading a member delegation to the5th Edition of Global Residency, Citizenship and Real Estate Expo (GRACE & GRE 2023), from 15th-16th September 2023, New Delhi host by the PHD Chamber of Commerce.
IIUSA and the PHD Chamber are long time partners and we have negotiated a special discounted rate at the event for IIUSA members. Further, all IIUSA members are invited to participate in the events exclusive EB-5 pavilion.
Global Residency & Citizenship Expo and Global Real Estate Expo are dynamic platform that offers various alternatives of citizenship & residency and Real Estate across the world to High Network Worth Indian residents.
Emerging Market Development in Nigeria: Abuja (Nov. 2) & Lagos (Nov. 4)
Perhaps no emerging market offers as much promise as Nigeria with the 7th largest population, strong ties to the United States, and a rapidly emerging wealthy and mobile population.
In 2022, IIUSA hosted the EB-5 industry’s first large-scale event in Nigeria and we look forward to continuing to help our members build this prospective market with events in Abuja and Lagos this November.
While significant concerns remain around source of funds, money transfers, and other issues, the market potential is undoubtable and we hope to see you there.
