In January 2015, IIUSA formed the Investor Markets Committee (IMC) with the goal of keeping IIUSA members abreast of market developments that affect global EB-5 investors as well as to develop and enhance communication channels between IIUSA, its members and various growth markets.
Since its inception, IMC has been tasked with analyzing market conditions as well as EB-5 syndication processes and stakeholders for three targeted regions: China, Latin America and Emerging Markets (identified as India, South Korea, Vietnam, Russia and the U.A.E).
Over the next three weeks, IIUSA will be releasing to its members white paper reports from these three regions. Given the fluid nature of the EB-5 industry, these reports are intended to be living documents and will be updated periodically.
Today, IMC would like to share its China EB-5 Market Report with the membership. Given the increasing interest in EB-5 capital and the large percentage of Chinese investors in the market, information regarding market dynamics could improve a project’s chances of a successful syndication. The Investor Markets Committee encourages your feedback! Please send any comments, questions or suggestions to [email protected] and we will be sure to answer them in a forum so that the entire membership can benefit from enhanced market intelligence!
