U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) invite interested individuals to participate in a stakeholder teleconference on Wednesday April 3, 2013 at 3 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss the EB-5 Immigrant Investor program. During the engagement, subject matter experts from the SEC will discuss securities law compliance in the context of EB-5 regional centers and investments. Stakeholders will have an opportunity to ask the SEC questions at the end of the teleconference.
