IIUSA is pleased to publish “Trends in Approvals of Regional Centers in the EB-5 Investor Visa Program,” based on an analysis of 240+ Regional Center designation letters dating back to the 1990s. The author of the article is Lincoln Stone, Partner, Stone & Grzegorek, LLP and Vice Chair, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) EB-5 Committee, who presented his findings at last week’s 5th Annual IIUSA EB-5 Advocacy Conference during the “Regional Center Designation Trends & 1st Hand Experience” panel (which also featured Patrick F. Hogan, President/CEO, CMB Regional Centers, and William P. Gresser, President, EB-5 New York State Regional Centers – both of whom are IIUSA Directors).
