As part of IIUSA’s mission to keep the EB-5 Regional Center industry informed with expert analysis of the new development of a potential backlog of Chinese EB-5 visa applicants, IIUSA is pleased to publish a new legal article by H. Ronald Klasko (Chair, IIUSA Best Practices Committee; Partner, Klasko Rulon Stock & Seltzer, LLP) and Tammy Fox-Isicoff (Partner, Rifkin & Fox-Isicoff, P.A.) titled, “The Impact of Chinese Quota Retrogression on EB-5 Investors and EB-5 Investments.” The article details what a backlog would mean for the various parties involved (i.e., immigrant investors, project developers, and Regional Centers).
A big thank you to the authors for their in-depth work!
