IIUSA to Host Open Forum: USCIS NOITs Regarding Integrity Fee Payments

This members-only Open Forum is intended to facilitate conversation about observations and ideas regarding the USCIS’s recent spate of NOITs to regional centers for not paying or not properly paying the required RIA Integrity Fees.
The session will be moderated by IIUSA President, Bill Gresser (EB-5 New York State), and feature four top immigration lawyers currently wrestling with this issue:

Questions will be fielded by IIUSA staff and kept anonymous, allowing the attorney-panel to answer the questions objectively.
