IIUSA Interactive TEA Map Reaches Over 1,000 Views

Earlier this year, IIUSA released an interactive mapping tool to visualize the policy impacts of various policy proposals to reform Targeted Employment Areas (“TEAs”). The interactive maps visualize all census tracts that would qualify as a TEA based on a variety of policy scenarios including new market tax credit inspired methodologies and the “contiguous and adjacent” method introduced in the proposed regulatory changes by the Department of Homeland Security.

The interactive maps are part of IIUSA’s ongoing efforts to comprehensively analyze how various policy proposals to reform TEA would affect the EB-5 Program. The results are compelling and demonstrate how different approaches would affect stakeholders, projects, geographies, and metropolitan areas throughout the U.S.
