IIUSA’s latest report highlights key processing statitics from the last fiscal quarter as well as year-over-year changes for Form I-924/I-924A (Application for Regional Center Designation Under the Immigrant Investor Program).
Key Highlights:
Applications: USCIS recived only 25 I-924 applications in Q3 FY 2018 a 95% decline from the previous quarter and the lowest total in the last 6 years.
Adjudications: 213 I-924 applications were adjudicated in the third quarter a growth of 33% year-over-year.
Denials: USCIS denied 108 I-924 applications in the previous quarter. The first time in Program history that denials surpassed approvals.
Pending Applications: There are currently 1,375 pending I-924 applications at USCIS.
