IIUSA’s latest date report highlights EB-5 processing times through June 2019. The report shows that EB-5 processing time ranges remain unchanged from May 2019 and that processing times remain well above their historical averages.

I-526 Petitions Processing Time Range
As of June 2019, the estimated processing time range of I-526 petitions is between 29 months and 45.5 months, remained unchanged from the last month.
I-829 Petitions Processing Time Range
The estimated processing time range of I-829 petitions remained unchanged from the estimates in May 2019, still ranging from 25.5 months to 40.5 months.
I-924 Petitions Processing Time Range
The estimated processing time range of I-924 applications is between 22.5 months and 44 months, unchanged from May 2019 and representing a growth of more than 105% from April 2019.
Case Inquiry Date Movement
In a positive development, the “receipt date for case inquiry” for all three EB-5 related petitions/applications advanced 25 days from May. It was the first time in the last 3 months that the inquiry date for I-526 and I-826 cases did not retrogress.
