Invest in the USA (IIUSA) was pleased to host the industry’s first wide-scale EB-5 events in Africa this past week.
Starting in Cape Town, South Africa and concluding in Abuja, Nigeria, the latest events in the IIUSA EB-5 Passport Series educated prospective investors and service providers at two great events while further expanding IIUSAs global partnerships and reach.
In South Africa, we were honored to work with Real Estate Investment Magazine to cultivate an impactful event in one of the EB-5 industry’s top emerging markets.
In Abuja, we had the distinct pleasure to continue building on the association’s partnership with the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and our special market partner, GlobalIcons. Each of our partners aided the association and its members in reaching an audience of high-net-worth individuals and their representatives. Abuja in particular showcased the potential for substantial growth in markets throughout Africa. In fact, IIUSA was excited to welcome over 100 attendees to the Abuja Chambers offices for an engaging and informative discussion.

By all accounts, the IIUSA EB-5 Event Passport Series was a resounding success in 2022, connecting members with prospective investors at 13 events in 7 countries. We also welcomed many new members to the association from several of the markets visited this past year.
