Last year, the IIUSA Board of Directors adopted a Code of Conduct, recommended to it by the Compliance Committee. The Code of Conduct (“the Code”) replaced IIUSA’s former best practices document, the Code of Ethics and Standard for Professional Conduct and is a more succinct document that is intended to resonate better and in turn, make it more impactful.
The Code was carefully crafted by a joint subcommittee comprised of members of IIUSA’s Compliance and Best Practices Committees to promote the highest level of professional conduct by both our members and the EB-5 Industry as a whole.
