[fusion_text]On February 28, IIUSA hosted its second Global Banquet Series event in Mumbai, India. Held at the conclusion on the Global Investment Immigration Summit, the banquet brought together IIUSA members, international service providers and investors for a night of networking, business development and educational presentations in one of the fastest growing EB-5 investor markets. The banquet also provided crucial updates for attendees on EB-5 hot topics including legislative and regulatory reform, processing trends and investor market updates. Furthermore, a question and answer session enabled service providers and investors alike to engage with our panel of leading industry experts.

With over 125 attendees (70+ of whom were from India), the banquet was IIUSA’s most successful event to date in India and indeed one of the best attended events in the IIUSA Global Banquet Series ever. The event size and attendee exuberance was a testament to the emergence of India as a premier EB-5 market and we were excited to once again connect our members with investors and service providers from throughout India.
We were honored to once again have the support of the Small and Medium Business Development Chamber of India (SME Chamber). The SME Chamber was crucial in convening leading industry service providers and investors for the event and through their support we were able to achieve our mission of ensuring that the Indian EB-5 marketplace is well informed. A special thank you is also due to BLS Media who organized a wonderful Global Investment Immigration Summit highlighting investment programs from around the world. IIUSA was proud to be able to conclude the programming for the Summit and to take attendees on a deep dive into the EB-5 Program.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to all the sponsors of this year’s event. With their support and participation on our panel, not only was IIUSA able to bring the EB-5 industry together through our Global Banuet Series events, we were also able to deliver timely updates and education on important industry topics in various EB-5 investor markets around the world.
The Mumbai Banquet was the first of many events IIUSA plans to host in markets across the globe in 2018 and we hope to see you at an event soon! Later this month, IIUSA will lead a trade mission to Guangzhou, China at the Global Investment Immigration Industry Summit.
