On Friday, September 8, President Trump signed H.R. 601, which provides funding for the federal government and extends the EB-5 Regional Center Program until December 8th (view IIUSA Statement on the Extension here). IIUSA continues talks with legislators to negotiate a long-term reauthorization and reform package for the EB-5 Regional Center industry before our next sunset date.
